The platform fee is a percentage added to your campaign spend (payouts to student orgs). It decreases as you upgrade: 25% for Starter, 10% for Campus Plan, and 5% for Network Plan. This funds support and campus management.

Yes. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time. Monthly subscriptions (Campus and Network plans) can be cancelled anytime. Token packs do not expire but are non-refundable.
